Newton was a part of a flock of sheep that was neglected and trapped in a pasture that had been stripped of grass. Struggling to survive they grazed the dirt leaving their noses brown and bloody. Over 30 starved to death and Newton was found dying. Those who survived were rescued and Newton now lives with us and will never be hungry again.
