Velvet is a very elegant Black Angus with beautiful eyes and mile-long eyelashes. This gentle girl came to us during the Kilauea Volcano eruption in 2018 when thousands of farmed animals were abandoned. Many, trapped by fences, could not escape the lava. Fortunately, she was rescued and now spends her days grazing happily next to her sister, Greta.
