Chief was found by a power plant in Kona at a few days old. We believe he had gotten into some kind of chemicals, as had burns on his knees and lip, as well as issues swallowing. He's healed, but still struggles with developmental delays and is prone to respiratory issues. Fortunately, this mischievous little brown boy doesn't let it hold him back.
