Makana, also known as Jelly Bean, was discovered in a vulnerable state – alone and hungry on a property near Kohala. At just a few days old, his plight tugged at the hearts of the compassionate couple who found him. Despite waiting for his mother to appear, their concerns grew when she didn't show up.
