This immersive role allows you to live on-site for a minimum of 6 months, providing you with the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our animals. As a Onsite Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that the best animal health practices are followed and that our dedicated volunteers and interns receive the training they need to provide excellent care. Your responsibilities will include managing sanctuary operations, maintaining supplies, and addressing basic facility needs. In times of high demand or unexpected schedule changes, you will step in to ensure that care is completed correctly and consistently. Your experience in animal care and health, along with your strong leadership and problem-solving skills, will be essential in creating a safe and compassionate environment for all. As part of this role, you’ll enjoy private or shared housing, utilities, and internet access, along with staple food supplies delivered to the sanctuary.
